What should I expect/How does it work?
  1. Submit our Contact Form
  2. We will contact you to discuss your needs
  3. We send you an invoice for a initial good faith deposit
  4. We will schedule a time with the listing agent to do the tour
  5. We will do the tour and upload the tour to a secure link
  6. You will receive an invoice to pay the balance due
  7. After payment, you will receive the link to view the tour and have 90 days to view
  8. The entire process takes around 4-5 business days (depending on demand) and we will notify you of any delays

Our Story

Having moved my family across the country, I discovered how difficult it is to find that perfect place for your family to live.  We searched for weeks to try to find the perfect rental for our family. Between shaky/blurry FaceTime calls, and realtors telling me no (to a virtual tour), I felt there had to be a better way! Thus, RealTourz was born! I want to show families moving across the country or even across town what the property they are interested in looks like before they invest more time/money into it.  I hope to be able to serve you!
